Check in is any time after 2:30pm. We will confirm check in time with you prior to arrival.
Check out by 11am, unless by prior arrangement.
If these times do not suit, we will try to accommodate your requirements if at all possible.

Quality two story, two bedroom, two bathroom spacious apartment with open plan living with double doors opening into a private and sunny outdoor area complete with gas BBQ and outdoor dining furniture. With a bedroom and bathroom on each level, two couples or work colleagues can have total privacy whilst sharing the comfortable living spaces.
Totally self contained with everything you could need provided. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, however if you don't feel like cooking you will find restaurants and cafes and shops just a few minutes walk away.
Reservation Policies
Booking Confirmation
We ask for your credit card details to confirm the booking and a 20% non refundable deposit is taken at the time of booking to secure your reservation. We accept MasterCard and Visa, Amex, Diners and Farmlands.
Booking conditions
- We reserve the right to charge for any damage, breakage or loss which is due to the neglect of the client.
- Accommodation is smoke-free. Pets are not permitted.
- The accommodation is unsuitable for any activity that could disturb neighbouring residents - large gatherings and parties are not permitted.
Cancellation policy
- 50% penalty fee if the booking is cancelled up to 7 days before the date of arrival.
- 100% penalty fee for no show.
- These cancellation fees are at the discretion of management and will only apply if we are unable to replace the scheduled booking.
